A professional home assessment designed to help older people remain safe, independent and confident within their own homes.
Includes:
✓ Home visit (up to 1.5 hours)

✓ Assessment of falls risks, mobility and daily activities
✓ Advice regarding stairlifts, wet rooms, equipment and home adaptations
✓ Written report with recommendations
✓ Clear practical guidance and next steps

Travel: within 20 miles of Upminster are included, beyond this area, supplement may apply.
*£325 fixed fee covers a comprehensive assessment and report based on the agreed referral reason. If additional assessments or reports are requested, these will be priced separately and agreed in advance.
